Terms of Service for Verolyxa

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services, digital content, or goods offered by Verolyxa at verolyxa.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our offerings.
2. Services
Verolyxa provides media analysis, editorial guidance, event presentations, and related professional offerings (Services). Each engagement is governed by a separate agreement or confirmation outlining deliverables, timelines, and fees.
3. Information Products
We offer digital publications, reports, and tutorial materials (Info Products). Access to Info Products is granted upon confirmation of purchase and may require an account at verolyxa.com.
4. Goods
Verolyxa may sell physical items such as printed magazines, merchandise, or branded materials (Goods). Details on availability, shipping, and handling are provided on the product pages.
5. Fees and Payment
All fees for Services, Info Products, and Goods are as displayed on the website and are payable in Canadian dollars. Payment methods accepted are credit card or other methods listed at checkout. You agree to provide accurate payment details and complete any verification processes.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Services
Cancellations received at least 14 days before a scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund minus a processing charge of 5% of the service fee. Requests made between 7 and 13 days before the service date receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the service date are non-refundable due to preparation and allocation of resources.
6.2 Information Products
Info Product purchases are eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase and if no more than 20% of the material has been accessed or downloaded. After 14 days or after exceeding 20% access, no refund is available, as digital content may not be reclaimed.
6.3 Goods
Goods may be sent back within 30 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. To initiate a send-back, contact us via our contact form. Customers are responsible for shipment costs. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the item condition.
7. Rescheduling Policy
Services may be rescheduled once at no additional charge if the request is made at least 7 days before the original date. To reschedule, notify us via the contact form. Requests made fewer than 7 days before the service date may incur a rescheduling fee equal to 20% of the service fee.
8. No-Refund Services
Certain premium consulting packages and custom editorial projects are designated as non-refundable. These are clearly identified prior to purchase due to the bespoke nature of resource allocation and time commitment required by Verolyxa.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time by posting a revised version on verolyxa.com. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
